Reservations
A credit or debit or card is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
Reservations can be made by agent, phone, letter or email. A secured booking represents a contract between the guest and the Fountains Guesthouse.
Credit/Debit Card Payment:
No deposit is needed but credit/debit card details are required at the time of booking. No monies will be deducted from the card until the end of your stay. AMEX cards are unfortunately not accepted at The Fountains Guesthouse.
Cheques:
Payment by cheque will require a 50% deposit to confirm the booking. Travellers cheques are unfortunately not accepted at The Fountains Guesthouse.
Cancellations
Guests may cancel without charge up to 7 days before the booking date.
If a guest makes a cancellation up to 48 hours before the booking date a charge of 50% of the total booking will apply.
Unfortunately, cancellations within 48 hours of the booking date and "no shows" will be charged for the cost of the entire stay.
Smoking
The Fountains is a no smoking establishment. Guests may be liable for additional costs if specialist cleaning is required as a result of smoking. Payment will be taken from the card used to secure the room.
Check-Out
Guests are asked to vacate their room by 10:30am on the day of departure. All rooms are checked and cleaned following departure.
The Fountains Guesthouse reserve the right to replace any missing, damaged or soiled items and charge them against the card used to secure the room.
Pets
Regrettably, and with the exception of guide dogs, we do not allow pets.
