Harrogate is well known for its spring waters and Victorian & Georgian architechture. It is also the Gateway to the Dales, approx 2000 square miles of outstanding beauty with many small villages and towns to visit, all of which have local inns and tea rooms for a snack or lunch.
There are local crafts and many places of historical value to see and also North Yorkshire boasts more stately homes than any other county.
We also have many sporting Venues in the area from championship golf courses to horse racing venues or if you prefer a brisk walk, then there are several recognised trails.
